    　　五、性能：綠白色結(jié)晶性粉末或結(jié)晶。稍有異臭，略有甜的金屬味。本品受潮或其水溶液氧化后變?yōu)楹F鹽的黃褐色。光照可促進(jìn)氧化。鐵離子與其他食品添加劑反應(yīng)易著色。溶于水，成帶綠色的透明液體，呈酸性。幾乎不溶于乙醇。

    　　六、用途：營養(yǎng)增補(bǔ)劑(鐵質(zhì)強(qiáng)化劑);用于強(qiáng)化奶粉的鐵劑;用于小麥粉、餅干、面包;呈色調(diào)節(jié)劑。

    　　七、包裝：內(nèi)襯聚乙烯塑料袋，外套塑料編織袋，每袋25Kg。

    　　八、貯存與運(yùn)輸：應(yīng)貯在干燥、通風(fēng)清潔的庫房中，輕裝輕放，防止受潮、受熱，運(yùn)輸過程中防止雨淋受潮，應(yīng)與有毒物品隔離堆放。
