用途：利尿劑
用途：主要抑制遠(yuǎn)曲小管近端對Na+和Cl-的重吸收，使腎臟對氯化鈉的排泄增加而產(chǎn)生利尿作用,是一種中效利尿藥。本品有降壓作用，與李氏藥貼、降壓申貼或羅布麻等中藥合用可加強(qiáng)降血壓效果。本品還有抗利尿的作用，可用于治療尿崩癥
用途：該品為噻嗪類中效利尿藥的典型代表，在美國1985年藥物銷售額排第一位。因服用方便，作用中等，且適用于各種水腫，因此是臨床上最常因有排鉀性不良反應(yīng)，應(yīng)用時(shí)需補(bǔ)充鉀鹽。小鼠靜永注射LD50為590mg/kg，口服LD50為大于8000mg/kg。

Uses: Diuretics
Uses: It mainly inhibits the reabsorption of Na+ and Cl- in the proximal end of distal convoluted tubules, and increases the excretion of sodium chloride from the kidney to produce a diuretic effect. It is a middling diuretic. This product has antihypertensive effect, and can be used to strengthen the effect of lowering blood pressure with the use of traditional Chinese medicines such as Lee's medicine, blood pressure application, or apocynum. This product also has antidiuretic effect and can be used to treat diabetes insipidus
