我公司生產的三聚磷酸鋁（改性三聚磷酸鋁）是白色無毒無公害的防銹顏料，它能夠有效的代替含有金屬鉛、鉻的傳統顏料，是防銹、防腐、阻燃效果優異的環保新產品
一、性能：產品主要成分：三聚磷酸鋁（ALH2P2O10.2H2O）
主要防銹基團：P3O10ˉ5。斜方晶系結晶，非揮發性白色微晶粉末，難溶于水，微溶于醇，密度2.0—3.0g/cm3,無毒，對皮膚無刺激作用，熱穩定性好，對酸比較穩定。
二、三聚磷酸鋁的特性
1.無毒害：本產品無毒性，不含鉛、鉻等有害金屬，能有效的代替紅丹、鋅鉻黃等傳統有害顏料。
2.防銹力強：以本產品作為防銹顏料添加與防銹涂料中，改性三聚磷酸根離P3O10ˉ5能與各種金屬離子生成螯合物，在被涂物表面形成卓越的純化物膜，能有效的改善涂膜附著力，提高耐鹽霧性、防腐蝕性以及防起泡性。其防銹性能優于紅丹、鋅鉻黃、磷酸鋅等防銹顏料，涂裝后具有隔絕防銹及鈍化防蝕的功效。
3.適用性廣：用本產品生產的涂料，不僅可用于鋼鐵，亦可用于鋅、鋁等輕金屬材料的防銹防腐處理。
4.用量少：用量少，降低制漆成本，與紅丹、鋅鉻黃相比降低成本10%--20%。
