用途：四甲基脲的介電常數(shù)比較低，適于作堿催化的異構(gòu)化、烷基化、氰化及其他縮合反應(yīng)的溶劑。也用作乙炔和聚丙烯腈的溶劑。本品是一種高效有機溶劑，它對于一般的有機化合物特別是芳香族化合物都能完全溶解，而且還是許多有機物合成反應(yīng)的優(yōu)良溶劑。
